About the Role:
Zara LLC is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Director to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a strong command of paid media strategies to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Manage advertising budgets and allocate spending effectively to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Implement advanced audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and automation strategies.
Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specializing in Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Proven success managing substantial ad budgets and delivering strong performance metrics.
Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, part-time setup.
