Individually great, together unstoppableThe Role and the TeamWe have an exciting opportunity for a PR & Comms Manager to join our growing team to help tell our story, strengthen our reputation and bring our brand to life through powerful earned media and thought leadership.This role will shape and amplify our brand narrative, build meaningful relationships with media and partners, and ensure our PR activity supports both our commercial goals and our commitment to our members. You’ll work closely with marketing, brand, partnerships and commercial teams, as well as manage the day-to-day relationship with our retained PR agency.What You’ll DoLead and deliver a PR and communications strategy that supports our brand story, partnerships and commercial ambitionsManage always-on press office activity and amplify campaigns around key trading, brand and member momentsCreate and oversee compelling press releases, media materials and key messages in collaboration with our agencyBuild trusted relationships across the business to ensure consistent, authentic storytellingSupport the launch of brand partners and member offers through thoughtful earned media and creative storytellingManage the retained PR agency to ensure high-quality output, strong collaboration and clear valueDevelop meaningful measurement and reporting that shows the impact of PR on brand health and commercial performanceUse insights, analytics and media trends to continuously refine and improve our communications approachWhat You’ll BringStrong experience in PR or corporate communications, with a genuine passion for storytelling and brand buildingA proven track record of securing impactful coverage across national, regional and trade mediaExcellent writing and editing skills, with an instinct for clear, engaging narrativesConfidence managing agencies and working with external partnersStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with care and attention to detailComfort working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levelsExperience using data, insights and reporting to demonstrate PR effectiveness and commercial impactA collaborative, positive mindset and a genuine connection to our purpose and communityOur CultureOur mission is simple – make heroes happy.
