Salary: 45-75k depending on seniority and experience
What you’ll do:
Prepare competitive tenders and manage project risks
Coordinate estimating resources and support team development
Build strong supply chain relationships and explore value engineering
Use ConQuest software to deliver accurate pricing
What we’re looking for:
Degree/HNC in Building Studies (MCIOB/MRICS desirable)
3–5 years’ experience in estimating or surveying
Strong commercial and construction knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
