We’re looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead and evolve our live service operations across multiple disciplines and geographies. Reporting to the Head of Cloud & Support Operations, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of our services, managing a cross-functional team of approximately 50 full-time employees across Service Desk, Application Support, Operations, and Infrastructure. You’ll drive operational excellence, client satisfaction, team development, and continuous improvement—all while maintaining compliance, ensuring cost efficiency, and upholding service standards. What will the role involve? Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, geographically diverse team. Ensuring seamless service delivery, resource planning, and year-round operational continuity. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, championing service quality, performance, and improvement. Managing operational risk, compliance, incident response, and business continuity. Owning financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management. Driving a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency.
