Job Title: Case Manager - Bridging Finance

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage post-case processes, from funding to redemption, ensuring completion according to original terms, and implement account management and redemption strategies.
2. Monitor loan milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term.
3. Communicate daily with clients and brokers via telephone and email to gather information, identify issues, and propose remediation plans.
4. Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate.
5. Maintain regular relationships with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators.
6. Handle breaches or non-compliance issues, and chase clients for payments or compliance.
7. Prepare redemption statements.
8. Manage requests for further advances or extensions.
9. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and investors.
10. Possess knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans.
11. Review and challenge documentation effectively.
12. Work as a good team player and also independently.
13. Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
14. Understand the conveyancing process.
15. Have a background in Financial Services.
16. Utilize Excel spreadsheets proficiently.
17. Communicate effectively at all levels.
18. Possess strong numeracy skills.
19. Be aware of GDPR and legislative requirements.
