Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time People Coordinator to support their People team across a range of HR processes. This role is pivotal in driving the people experience within the organisation, with a focus on both first- and second-line support on employee relation matters, as well as the overall delivery of all aspects of the employee lifecycle.* Key role in supporting the HR team* Focus on employee relations and lifecycle management
What you'll do:
As a People Coordinator, your role will be integral in shaping the people experience within the organisation. You will oversee the full cycle of onboarding and offboarding staff, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate employee records, partnering with Payroll for timely report delivery, tracking probation periods, managing contract changes, and being the first point of contact for HR support requests. Additionally, you will coordinate recruitment processes, implement document management systems, and provide support on recognition programs.
* Oversee full-cycle onboarding and offboarding of staff, ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners.
* Accurately draft and issue offer letters and contracts of employment.
* Maintain accurate employee records through HR system set-ups, changes, and leavers.
* Partner with Payroll to deliver timely reports ensuring correct payroll data processing.
* Track and manage probation periods and contract changes.
* Ensure Right to Work checks are carried out accurately.
* Be the first point of contact for HR support requests and queries.
* Support on recognition and anniversary rewards.
* Coordinate recruitment processes including posting job adverts, coordinating candidate communications and liaising with partner agencies.

You should be highly organised with impeccable attention to detail. As a confident communicator, you should be able to handle sensitive information with discretion. A collaborative team player, you should have a proactive approach to decision making and problem-solving. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and consistently deliver a world-class onboarding experience for new joiners is essential. You should have a CIPD Level 3 Certificate or a degree in a HR related field, knowledge of employment legislation and best practice, high-level proficiency in HR systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
