MDE are currently seeking a Quality Manager for an Aerospace & Defence Component manufacturer just outside of Bristol.

The Role:
This position is truly central to the business. Your responsibilities include controlling quality across the organization, ensuring customer expectations are met, managing the quality team, promoting a right-first-time approach, advising on measurement techniques, fostering continuous improvement, working within an AS9100 quality environment, and managing on-site HSE.
The Skills:
AS9100 Lead Auditor qualification (IRCA certified)
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quality Manager in an AS9100 environment
Minimum 5 years' experience in a precision machining inspection department
IOSH certification at minimum; NEBOSH preferred
