The Role
The Purpose of the Role:
* Receive and respond to customer inquiries through various channels – phone, email, letters, webchat, video call, and social media.
* Keep up to date with product knowledge and the latest trends, e.g., superfoods, popular supplements, and special diets.
* Provide a personalized nutrition service to customers using evidence-based nutrition knowledge. Discuss specific product recommendations as well as general lifestyle and wellbeing advice in a friendly and professional manner.
* Support, promote, and process sales of supplements, food, and beauty products.
* Liaise with PR team to provide written articles on hot nutrition, health, and wellness topics.
* Support and assist internal colleagues (including store staff) with product advice and knowledge.
* Provide an exceptional customer experience.
* Provide updates and insights regarding nutrition queries, questions, and trends to internal stakeholders and management.
* Maintain a flexible approach to the needs of the business.
* Develop and maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of working processes and procedures for dealing with customer inquiries.
* Accountability for KPIs.
The Person
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Nutritionist
* Registered member of the Association for Nutrition (AfN)
* Passion for nutrition, health, wellbeing, and our products
* Experience in providing high-standard customer service
* Good team player
* Ability to multitask
* Friendly and empathetic approach, with the ability to answer customer inquiries professionally, friendly, and promptly
