The Opportunity
We're looking for a dynamic individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist in achieving sales targets through administrative support.
* Maintain organized documents, reports, and trackers.
* Provide accurate sales reports and audit results on time.
* Manage weekly partner invoicing and monthly budget analysis.
* Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests professionally.
* Create and distribute clear communications.
* Support the hotel RFP process and ensure smooth operations.
* Load and manage preferential rates accurately.
* Assist senior leaders with diary management and meetings.
* Keep secure and up-to-date records on shared drives.
* Log and file data accurately.
What You Need:
* Experience in administrative support, especially in sales and marketing.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
