Software Developer - AI Agent - Multi-Strat Asset Manager
Compensation: Up to £250k TC
Location: London
WFH: 4 days in office, 1 from home
We're building out the first AI-focused development team within one of the most highly regarded asset managers of the past 20 years. This is a brand new team, offering an opportunity to shape the future of AI within one of the most consistent and top-performing funds in the market.
You will work closely with traders, developers, and senior stakeholders to design, build, and rollout greenfield AI initiatives across the business.
Must have:
* 5+ years of experience programming in Python or Java
* 3+ years of experience in finance
* Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI Agents or intelligent automation systems
* Experience with AI Frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.
