This role is for a Trust Resident Doctor ST3/4 (MN37) to help run the One Stop Bladder Pathway (BOSS) which is to be implemented imminently in West Herts.
Key responsibilities
* Suspected cancer patient triaging
* Running flexible cystoscopy clinics
* Attending image review meetings
* Daily elective clinical activity of the Urology Department – consultant‑supervised theatre lists and outpatient clinics
* Training to manage urological emergencies out of hours
* 1‑in‑8 overnight on‑call (5pm‑8am) and weekend rota, 24/7 middle‑grade rota compliant with EWTD and the 2018 Junior Doctor’s Contract
