* The role requires a flexible working pattern with two 8.5-hour shifts per week and 1:4 weekends incorporated into the 20.5 average hours per week.
* The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in out-of-hours duty night checks on a rota basis, offering additional financial rewards.
