🎯 The Opportunity
BlckBx is on a mission to give people their time back. We're a fast‑growing startup providing AI‑powered personal assistant services to ambitious professionals worldwide. And we need two exceptional graduates to help us scale globally.
This isn't a typical graduate role. You won't be making coffee or filing paperwork. From day one, you'll be running real experiments, using cutting‑edge AI tools, and making decisions that directly impact our growth across global markets.
👨🔬 ROLE 1: The Analytical Experimenter
Background
* Degree in: Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar STEM field
* Your superpower: You think like a scientist. You love data, experiments, and finding patterns others miss.
What You'll Actually Do:
* Design and run growth experiments across online tools, email, web, apps
* Analyse data to figure out what's working and what's not (then double down on winners)
* Use AI tools and build your own AI Agents to create leads and drive growth
* Build predictive models to identify our best customers before they even sign up
* A/B test everything – from email subject lines to landing page copy and creative
* Report directly to the founder with data‑driven recommendations on where to invest
Example Projects You'll Own:
* Run 5 experiments to reduce customer acquisition cost by 20%
* Use AI to analyse 1,000 customer conversations and identify our top 3 pain points
* Build a lead scoring model to predict which prospects will convert
* Test 10 different landing page variations and find the winner
🎨 ROLE 2: The Creative Storyteller
Background
* Degree in: English, Journalism, Communications, PR, Media Studies, Creative Writing, Marketing, Arts, or similar creative field
* Your superpower: You're a natural storyteller. You understand people, emotions, and how to craft messages that resonate.
What You'll Actually Do:
* Create compelling content for social media (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook) that makes people stop scrolling
* Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to get BlckBx featured in the media
* Manage our social media presence and grow our community globally
* Use AI tools to create content at scale (but with your creative direction)
* Tell customer stories that showcase how BlckBx transforms lives
* Execute PR campaigns to build brand awareness in new markets
Example Projects You'll Own:
* Create a LinkedIn content series that generates 100 qualified leads
* Secure 5 pieces of media coverage in top‑tier publications
* Build our Instagram presence from 0 to 10,000 engaged followers
* Use AI to create 50 social posts, then A/B test to find what resonates

You don't need to be an AI expert, but you must be comfortable using AI tools and excited to learn more.

* Recent graduate (graduated in last 2 years)
* Some office/professional experience (internship, placement year, part‑time job in professional setting)
* Understanding of business culture (you know how to communicate professionally, work in a team, meet deadlines)
* AI‑literate (you've used AI tools and are excited about their potential)
* Startup mindset (you thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments)
* Hungry to learn (you read, listen to podcasts, take courses, and constantly upskill)
* Ready to work hard
