Senior PMO Analyst Department: Change Team Location: Remote Salary: £50k Are you an experienced Senior PMO Analyst ready to make an impact in a growing Change team? The Purpose of the Role You’ll play a key role in supporting the PMO Assurance Manager in providing independent oversight of projects and programmes, ensuring confidence that delivery outcomes are achievable and on track. Acting as a central hub for accurate programme information, you’ll maintain and present a ‘single version of the truth’ to key stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities Aggregate and maintain key project and programme information to support accurate, centralised reporting Support the development and roll-out of a structured Assurance Framework Analyse performance data and KPIs to deliver insights, highlight risks, and recommend actions Consolidate and present monthly health check data, trends, and themes to senior stakeholders Support delivery teams in addressing compliance gaps and implementing corrective actions Facilitate assurance meetings and forums, ensuring effective decision-making Promote and drive adoption of the Change Framework and portfolio standards across the business Provide expert guidance on PMO governance areas such as RAID and cost management Deputise for the PMO Assurance Manager when required and help develop junior PMO team members What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a Senior PMO Analyst role or similar Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and assurance practices Experience coaching junior analysts and acting as an escalation point Ability to build relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders Excellent attention to detail and confidence in reporting and presenting insights Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure Technical Skills Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Strong experience with MS Teams, SharePoint, and PPM tools Familiarity with Microsoft Project and reporting dashboards This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced change environment and wants to make a visible contribution to the success of critical programmes.
