We are looking for a skilled and motivated Podiatrist to join our multidisciplinary private healthcare clinic. You will provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions. The successful candidate will be HCPC-registered and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive and modern clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of podiatric conditions including musculoskeletal issues, dermatological conditions, nail surgery, and diabetic foot care.
* Deliver tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning.
* Carry out routine podiatry treatments and minor surgical procedures (e.g., nail avulsions, verruca needling).
* Provide expert advice on orthotics, footwear, and preventative care.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with HCPC and GDPR requirements.
* Work collaboratively with other clinicians and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care.
* Participate in CPD and quality improvement activities in line with HCPC standards.
* Promote the clinic's services and uphold its professional reputation within the local community.
Essential Criteria:
* BSc (Hons) in Podiatry (or equivalent)
* HCPC registration as a Podiatrist (or eligibility to register)
* Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
* Eligible to work in the UK
1. Desirable Criteria:
* Experience in a private practice setting, not essential
* Additional qualifications in biomechanics, MSK, or nail surgery
* Membership of the Royal College of Podiatry
* Confidence in using digital health records and booking systems
