This is a newly created role for an experienced PMO Manager to join an industry-leading Healthcare Technology company who have developed a platform which risk management solutions to the healthcare sector.
Due to extensive demand for their Product and Services, they now want to expand their team with the addition of a highly experienced PMO Manager.
The person in this role will be asked to:
* Define and maintain PMO standards to support project delivery and governance.
* Ensure project compliance with governance frameworks and performance metrics.
* Lead PSA tools (e.g. Teamwork) – manage setup, optimisation, and training.
* Maintain consistent, accessible operational tools (e.g. estimators, templates, SharePoint).
* Align KPIs with business goals and track performance and efficiency.
* Provide clear, data-driven reporting on portfolio health and project performance.
* Build dashboards to monitor progress, financials, utilisation, and forecasts.
* Run governance meetings: weekly reviews, monthly ops, and financial sessions.
* Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and support resource planning.
* Analyse trends and issues to drive improvements.
* Support project teams in applying governance and best practices.
* Promote continuous improvement and cross-team alignment.
And should have:
* Degree in Business, Operations, or Project Management.
* Certified in PRINCE2, P3O, or equivalent.
* Several years commercial experience in PMO (ideally professional services).
* Proven in building PMO processes and governance frameworks.
* Strong knowledge of project/programme delivery and governance.
* Experienced in KPI design and performance tracking.
* PSA tool expert (e.g. Teamwork, OpenAir), including setup and training.
* Skilled in managing project tools and SharePoint resources.
* Advanced in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
* Effective communicator with senior stakeholder engagement.
* Experienced in running governance and performance meetings.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights.
