I am recruiting a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead and manager a team of Team Leaders and multi-skilled engineers in a 24/7 food manufacturing facility in Wakefield. Client Details A well-established leader in the FMCG sector, our client is a large organisation with a global footprint. Operating from Wakefield, they are renowned for their high-quality consumer goods and their commitment to innovation and efficiency. Description The Maintenance Manager will report into the Site Engineering Manager and will drive capacity developments across a complex manufacturing operation working closely with Production and Quality teams. You will lead a talented team of engineers will be responsible for succession planning and development.
