The Craighalbert Centre (The Scottish Centre for Children with Motor Impairments) is committed to working closely with families and partners to deliver integrated learning, therapy, and care for children across Scotland. Our purpose is to empower children with motor impairments to achieve their full potential and fulfil their ambitions.

We are looking for a proactive, adaptable, and hands-on individual with a positive, can-do attitude to join our team as a Facilities Officer. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff. The position involves managing housekeeping, maintaining facilities, overseeing the hydrotherapy pool, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Centre. You will also play a key role in supporting external events and ensuring building security.

Additional Information

This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 Hours), with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, with occasional weekend working. A detailed job description and role profile are available in the attached job pack, our website. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities for advancement after 12 months.

The successful candidate for this post will be required to provide proof of right to work in the UK and will also be subject to a PVG check through Disclosure Scotland.
