This luxury resort offers an onsite restaurant and cafe setting for family and guests as well as residents, so menus and dietary requirements are varied.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present meals to a high standard, catering to dietary needs and preferences, including allergens and specialised diets.
Assist in creating balanced, nutritious menus suitable for the care home environment.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with food hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations across multiple outlets.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients as needed.
Support junior staff with training and guidance to maintain consistent service quality.
Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and standards at all times.
