Position: Agile Delivery Manager

Work Type: Hybrid – 3 days a week on site
Base pay range: Up to £80,000 (range provided by develop; actual pay based on skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Delivery Oversight: Own progress reporting, partner with engineering and product teams, manage cross-team resource planning, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams.
* Consultative Leadership: Mentor squad leads and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results focus.
* Agile Evangelism: Drive pragmatic adoption and evolution of agile practices, tailoring approaches to meet organizational needs.
* Quality & Governance: Oversee delivery governance to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
Key Requirements
* Good experience in Agile Delivery Management, successfully leading multiple teams and digital projects.
* Must be able to set up agile processes from scratch and explain importance
* Must have extremely deep Agile knowledge (theory, frameworks and terminology)
* Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills
* Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to apply them effectively
* Strategic knowledge of delivery lifecycles, processes, and cross-team coordination
* Familiarity with modern engineering practices, including architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
* Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, ADO, Trello, MS Project, Miro, and Mural
* Experience in the eCommerce or retail industry
* Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, ACSM)
* Experience with Agile scaling methodologies
* Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP)
Working Model
This role follows a hybrid model, with three days onsite and two days remote each week. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
