The Wilf Ward Family Trust has an excellent opportunity for Support Workers to join their passionate and motivated team in Goole, Howden & Market Weighton. Their fantastic team is dedicated to supporting others to live their best lives.
No experience needed — we provide FULL training and will give you the skills to become an excellent Support Worker. The qualities we value most are kindness, compassion, empathy, and a desire to make a difference, so it’s important that you already possess these.
Due to the nature of this role, a Full UK Driving Licence is required.

What will your day look like?
Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs, driven by collaboration, compassion, and understanding. No two days are the same: some days are steady, others are hectic, and you may need to juggle appointments. This variety makes the role interesting and rewarding. Daily tasks include:
* Socialising and attending community activities, promoting hobbies & interests.
* Providing physical support, including helping with household tasks and personal care.
* Supporting with life skills, such as shopping and money management.
* Delivering individual support plans.
