Our client, a brand-new, fresh-produce-led concept is launching in a beautiful countryside setting, and were looking for a Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen and make their mark delivering a true taste of Lancashire from field to fork.
Think locally sourced ingredients, seasonal menus, and real food done properly. This is a business rooted in quality, simplicity, and provenance and youll be right at the centre of it.

The Role
As Head Chef, youll have full control of the kitchen, from menu development to team culture.
Lead and inspire your brigade, setting the tone for standards, energy, and creativity
Design and deliver fresh, seasonal menus with a focus on quality and consistency
Build, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
Work closely with the General Manager to drive GP, stock control, and profitability
Take ownership of all health & safety and food hygiene standards
Create a positive, high-performing kitchen culture
This is not a maintenance role its an opportunity to shape, influence, and grow something special.
What Were Looking For
Proven Head Chef experience in a busy, quality-led kitchen
A natural leader who thrives on developing people and building teams
Strong food knowledge with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
Solid understanding of kitchen finances including GP, stock, and wastage
Calm under pressure, organised, and hands-on
A strong personality driven, positive, and passionate about hospitality
