Service Advisor – Oxford
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £30,000 – £38,000)
Location: Oxford
Hours: Monday–Friday (No weekends)
Role Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and professional dealership in Oxford. This role offers a great work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, alongside a realistic bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities
* Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs
* Acting as the main point of contact for customers
* Liaising with the workshop to monitor progress
* Providing updates, gaining authorisation for additional work, and upselling where appropriate
* Managing job cards, invoicing, and payments
* Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements
* Previous Service Advisor experience (essential)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Confident upselling and working towards targets
* Organised and able to handle a busy workload
* Full UK driving licence
