We are seeking an experienced and credible Divisional Director of People (DDP) to lead the People & OD agenda within the Clinical Divisions. Reporting to the Director of Workforce, you will act as the strategic partner to divisional leadership, shaping workforce strategies, improving employee experience, driving efficiency and leading talent and organisational development activity.

Person Specification
Essential
* Educated to master's level or equivalent level of qualification or equivalent experience
* Chartered Member of CIPD
* Evidence of recent and relevant continuous professional development.
* Highly confident and credible with substantial HR and OD experience
* Thorough understanding of the background to and aims of current healthcare policy
* Extensive experience of managing operational ER and strategic HR achievement at a senior manager level
* Leading the resolution of complex employee relations cases
* Evidence of ability to manage within financial limit and delivering a service within set targets.
Desirable
* Leadership/Management Qualification
* Experience of working in an NHS environment
