The School and Role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting Level 2 Qualified Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Wellingborough. This role is ideal for those seeking flexible full-time or part-time work, with opportunities available for day-to-day cover, short-term placements, and longer-term support roles. You’ll be assisting in the classroom, providing 1:1 and small group support, and helping to foster an inclusive, positive learning environment.
Requirements
The ideal Teaching Assistant will have:
1. A valid Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent
2. Prior experience supporting pupils in a UK primary school
3. A patient, reliable, and adaptable approach
4. The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
5. A clear understanding of safeguarding and classroom support strategies
