Duties

* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Implement cost control measures to maintain budgetary guidelines while ensuring quality.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Experience
* Proven experience in a kitchen management role or similar supervisory position within the restaurant industry.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and serving.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing staff.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality sector.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential; barista experience is a plus.
