We are committed to putting people first both our clients and our staff.The Role Were looking for an organised and proactive Care Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while helping to grow and develop our services.This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication, rota management, and the ability to build relationships with clients, staff, and healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities Coordinate care packages from referral through to deliveryManage and optimise staff rotas (holidays, absence, coverage)Recruit, onboard, and support care staffLiaise with clients, carers, and professionals (GPs, Commissioners, Nurses)Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and service qualityConduct staff supervisions and support performance managementSupport business growth through client relationship managementParticipate in an on-call rotaAbout You Experience in a domiciliary care coordination role (preferred)Strong organisational and problem-solving skillsConfident communicator with a proactive approachExperience with rostering systems (e.g. Access Planner desirable)Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFull UK driving licence (preferred)What We Offer Competitive salaryCareer progression opportunitiesCompany pensionFree ParkingDiscount schemeBlue light cardTPBN1_UKTJ
