Key Responsibilities
* Lead and provide subject matter expertise on Verint Operations Manager.
* Manage business testing, operational onboarding, and post-migration support.
* Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
* Stay updated on changes within the change portfolio, business operations, and regulatory landscape, incorporating these into change delivery.
Qualifications
* Excellent understanding of Verint Operations Manager and its capabilities.
* Proven project SME experience.
* Strong knowledge in your subject area.
* Experience in defining and approving business requirements.
