Working closely with the Compliance Manager for the Engineering function at the GSK Ware manufacturing site, the Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting activities related to Quality, Compliance, and EHS. You will ensure the highest standards of compliance are maintained and provide support to the Management team and the wider Central Engineering Department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive compliance support for all aspects of the engineering department.
2. Support the Compliance Manager with metric reporting, including creating new reports and developing metrics related to Quality, EHS, and Engineering compliance activities.
3. Assist Compliance Leads with engineering SOPs, document management, and the MyLearning system, acting as a liaison with the Learning and Development team.
4. Maintain and support business systems to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement, including risk management, training, Quality Management System, and standards.
5. Implement new systems and processes, developing and delivering training materials.
6. Assist in designing and deploying training packages.
7. Serve as the point of contact for Data Integrity within Central Engineering.
8. Support inspection readiness activities and self-inspections for Quality and EHS.
About You:
This role suits a motivated individual with experience in a Compliance role, preferably within an EFM or GMP environment. A growth mindset focused on continuous improvement and standardization is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, communication, planning, and organizational abilities are required.
About Ware Manufacturing Site:
The site features a new oral solid dose facility, producing over 60 million inhalers annually, and processes APIs for internal and external use. It fosters collaboration among scientists, technicians, and engineers using advanced technologies.

Basic Qualifications:
