Eclectic Recruitment are working with a top Legal 200 firm with offices spread across Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire who are looking to add to their team.
Applications will be considered by Solicitors and Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years PQE.
You will be working within the Litigation department focusing on the area of Insolvency law preferably with experience in acting for both Insolvency Practitioners and Directors and acting for a mix of both Claimant and Defendants from instruction to conclusion of the dispute.
Typical duties would include:
* Handling and maintaining own caseload with guidance from Senior Lawyers with an emphasis on contentious insolvency
* Displaying excellent file management skills to meet the needs of the business
* Advising clients on the funding options
* Undertaking advocacy
* Advising clients on procedure and alternative dispute resolution processes.
* Undertaking any other reasonable duties from time to time allocated to the role
The successful candidate:
* 2+ years PQE with experience in Dispute Resolution with a focus on Insolvency
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
* Delivers high quality legal services on own initiative
