About the role… We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven F&I Administration Assistant to support our Finance & Insurance operation across the groups. In this varied role, you'll play a vital part in report generation & analysis, measuring compliance, ensuring accurate auditing of branch paperwork, and providing essential support to our sites. You will report to the Group F&I Development Manager and you will be responsible for sales and finance analysis, auditing, administrative duties, and site communication – helping ensure we meet both internal standards and regulatory requirements. Sales & Finance Analysis Assist with compiling and analysing sales performance and finance reports, identifying trends and opportunities. Deal Auditing Review and audit finance deals to ensure accuracy & regulatory compliance. VAT Auditing Conduct regular checks on VAT submissions, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and aligned with HMRC guidelines. General Administration Manage and maintain digital and physical records, update internal systems and support reporting needs. Site Communication & Support Act as a liaison between Head Office and our dealerships, offering clear guidance and prompt administrative support.
