Retail Support Advisor - Milton Keynes \n~ Starting from £24,028.80 pa dependent on experience LOCATION: Milton Keynes HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role. We’re looking for a Retail Support Advisor to provide exceptional support to our Retail, RCH, and Broker Sales teams, ensuring a seamless customer journey and contributing to the growth of our portfolio.
This high-impact role will be instrumental in delivering service excellence and supporting sales growth by building strong relationships with brokers, retailers, and internal teams. Act as the key link between Dealers, Brokers, VWFS UK Sales field teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely query resolution. \n~Use Salesforce to manage queries, allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure service levels are met.
