Role OverviewAs a PMO Support Officer, you’ll be part of a small, friendly, and high-performing team that keeps the programme running smoothly. You’ll gain hands-on experience in:Key Responsibilities:
* Planning & Scheduling: Help maintain project plans using tools like Microsoft Project and Gantt Pro.
* Risk & Issue Management: Help track and manage risks and issues using Corestream, our corporate risk tool.
* Governance & Reporting: Assist with programme reporting cycles and help coordinate key meetings and workshops.
* Change Control: Manage the pipeline of change requests and ensure processes are followed.
* Information Management: Keep our central library of documents organised and up to date.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve how we work and support the adoption of best practices.
