Salary:£13.78 inclusive of holiday pay (£12.30 per hour + £1.48 holiday pay)+ Enhancements

(8-10 hour stock count shifts + paid driving time + bonus)

The Role
* We are seeking a Retail Minibus Team Driver to join our successful team.
* Your responsibilities will include transporting a small team of stock counters to and from shifts within your region.
* Employment will be across various retail sites and stores, with travel varying per shift. Minibus transport will be provided free at certain locations.
* You must communicate pick-up points and timings accurately to your team.
* Report vehicle issues promptly.
* Maintain attendance records, including team members attendance and bus arrival times.
* Ensure stock is counted efficiently and accurately using handheld scanners.
* Stand for long periods and occasionally use equipment to access high stock.
Key Skills/Experience Required
* Must be at least 21 years old due to shift timings.
* Full valid Driving License required.
* Positive attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
* Quick learner, adaptable to technological changes.
* Experience with stock handling is advantageous but not essential.
