This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Shrewsbury office with occasional site visits as and when required. Your new role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring non-infrastructure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. Your role will include: Leading the planning, coordination and execution of non-infrastructure projects Managing client relationships and providing technical guidance where required Overseeing project finances, procurement and resource planning Ensuring all work complies with relevant safety standards and industry regulations Working closely with engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to achieve project milestones Preparing progress reports, documentation and project schedules Identifying and mitigating project risks to maintain high levels of service delivery. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will bring: Proven project management experience within the water industry Excellent organisational and project delivery skills Strong interpersonal and client-facing abilities A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and lead from the front Solid financial awareness and experience managing project budgets Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as and when required.
