An enthusiastic, dynamic and organised individual is required to join our busy HR department. This generalist role will involve dealing with all aspects of HR administration. The broad range of duties will include inputting employee details into the HR database, assisting with recruitment and selection, administering new starts and leavers, absence management and policies and procedures. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to get their first steps into HR as this would be an apprenticeship position and full training would be provided KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:\nâ¢\tFirst point of contact for HR enquiries\nâ¢\tAction all administration paperwork associated with new starts, transfers, promotions, maternity and terminations.\nâ¢\tUpdating and maintaining the HR system\nâ¢\tRecruitment â setting up interviews and regretting candidates\nâ¢\tMonitor and maintaining the HR inbox and Recruitment inbox\nâ¢\tMonitor and maintain sick absence spreadsheets\nâ¢\tAction any invoices and maintain expenditure information\nâ¢\tBirths, Birthdays, Deaths and Marriages; arrange card and vouchers\nâ¢\tAssist with ad-hoc projects\n QUALIFICATIONS\nâ¢\tNo previous experience required and as such salary banding will be reflected accordingly\nSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\nEssential\nâ¢\tExcellent IT system skills including Microsoft Office programs\nâ¢\tStrong communication both written and verbal\nâ¢\tThe ability to work as part of a team\nâ¢\tFlexibility and the willingness to learn\nâ¢\tAbility to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential information.\nâ¢\tExcellent organisation and time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task\nâ¢\tApproachable manner and calm under pressure\nâ¢\tSelf-motivated and a willingness to learn\n
