Role Overview
Seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to join their busy sales team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will sell new and used agricultural machinery, build strong customer relationships, and help clients find the right solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent the company in the sale of high-value agricultural machinery within your defined territory.
* Manage the full sales process, including enquiry, demonstrations, quotations, and closing deals.
* Develop in-depth product knowledge and attend relevant training events.
* Maintain accurate customer and fleet data in the CRM system.
* Offer financing options to support customer purchases.
* Conduct field demonstrations alongside sales engineers.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
* Represent the company at trade and country shows (some weekend work may be required).
Person Specification
* Background in agriculture or agricultural machinery (sales experience preferred but not essential).
* Confident IT skills: Microsoft Office, email, internet, and online sales tools.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a “go the extra mile” attitude.
