Pre-Contract: Support the client in an advisory role; manage and/or support the EPC tender process from tender release through to bid evaluation and final award recommendation; manage timelines, bid submissions, stakeholderreviews and commercial clarifications.
Post Contract: On behalf of the client, provide commercial expertise/hands-on contract administration and oversight of the successful EPC bidder including but not limited to: the development of master documents to support process and procedures; regulatory compliance, risk analysis, change administration, claims administration, early warnings, notices, records, correspondence and commercial close out...
