Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant

Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: 2nd September
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our early years team. This full-time role involves supporting young children in their learning and development, ensuring they have a positive and enriching start to their education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum through engaging activities and play-based learning
* Assist with planning and preparing resources that meet children’s individual needs
* Provide one-to-one and group support to children to promote learning and development
* Monitor children’s progress and contribute to assessment and reporting
* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
Requirements:
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
* Experience working with young children in an educational setting preferred
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A caring and patient approach to supporting children’s learning and development
