ServiceNow SME / Implementation Specialist
Role: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist / SME Rate: £450 per day (Outside IR35) Location: Remote (UK-based candidates) Duration: 6 months
Overview: We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow SME to lead and support the implementation and integration of ServiceNow across enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise configuring ServiceNow modules and integrating the platform with existing IT systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ServiceNow implementation and configuration projects
Integrate ServiceNow with core IT systems and external applications
Define and deliver best practice solutions aligned with ITIL processes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise workflows and automation
Provide technical guidance and SME-level support throughout the project lifecycle
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist /SME
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.)
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, or similar)
Solid grasp of ITIL processes and service management principles
Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
