Our Team, Your Impact
The Digital Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the effective delivery, governance, and performance of Teva UK’s digital activities.
Working closely with Digital Operations, Digital Business Partners, the Hub, and cross‑functional teams, this role ensures smooth operational execution, strong compliance discipline, and consistent performance reporting across digital channels, lifecycle content, marketing automation, and eCommerce platforms.
Please note we are offering a temporary contract (1 year).

Your Skills and Experience
Do you have…?
* Proven experience coordinating digital operational activities, including campaign setup, QA checks, and documentation across platforms such as SFMC and CMS tools.
* Hands on familiarity with digital analytics (e.g., GA4, SFMC reporting) with the ability to extract data, prepare basic insight summaries, and maintain organised reporting archives.
* Experience managing content or lifecycle workflows—tracking deadlines, coordinating updates with cross‑functional teams, and supporting compliance driven processes.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Basic understanding of digital marketing and digital operations processes
* Strong communication and coordination skills
Are you…?
* Able to manage multiple stakeholders (e.g., Hub, IT, Product, Medical, Legal) with strong organisational discipline, follow through, and attention to detail in an operational environment.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Comfortable working with digital tools
