Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Embryologist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of embryology.
Key Responsibilities
* Full range of clinical procedures, including ICSI, Vitrification and PGT
* Communicating with patients about treatment options and results
* Quality Management, assisting with audit, document control & quality control/assurance
* Monitoring/maintaining consumables and equipment
* Assisting with the donor recruitment process, imports/exports and management of stored gametes/embryos
* Monitoring KPI’s
* Training and induction of new and junior staff
* Regulatory Compliance
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of a degree in Life Sciences, preferably an MSc or PhD
* HCPC Registered (or immediately eligible)
* Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
* Fully trained in all clinical laboratory procedures, preferably including biopsy
* Advanced knowledge of the UK Regulatory Framework
* Self‑motivated, eager to learn and resilient
* High level of attention to detail and focused
* Excellent communication skills
