What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead the end-to-end category process: from sourcing and product development to sell-through performance
• Build structured ranges with a clear good, better, best strategy to suit a wide customer base
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders – including suppliers, store teams, and internal departments
• Monitor trends and performance data to drive smart decision-making and maximise sales
• Take ownership of critical path timelines, product sign-off, and phasing plans
• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in a category, buying, or product management role
• Experience with FOB sourcing and liaising with overseas suppliers, ideally China or India
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for delivering results
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with confidence
• Someone who’s organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
