What You'll Be Doing Deliver expert planning advice across a range of development types Manage end-to-end planning applications, appeals, and site promotions Represent clients at committees, hearings, and public inquiries Oversee project teams and coordinate input from specialist consultants Lead client communications and maintain strong long-term relationships Contribute to business development-winning new work for yourself and others Support internal initiatives and mentor junior team members Your Expertise Chartered Member of the RTPI. Extensive, diverse planning experience (private sector background essential). Deep understanding of planning policy and development processes. Skilled in preparing and managing all forms of planning applications, appeals, and policy representations. Strong project leadership and communication skills. Commercial awareness and self-motivation.
