Join our Category Management Team
Category Management is the strategic procurement layer working alongside Order Fulfilment & Strategic Sourcing in the wider Procurement Department. The team supports processing and checking all exceptional deals, monitoring exchange rates, negotiating with suppliers to support additional GP generation, analyzing order risks and mitigating them, examining vendor terms, and exploring new routes to market for scalability.

Be part of a team that enables business growth
You will be a key member of the Category Management Team within the Procurement Department, focusing on complex vendor processes, large and multinational customers. You will manage a team of individuals at various career levels to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
As a Category Management Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing the team daily; conducting one-to-one meetings; managing resources and handling escalations, while providing updates to the Category Team Manager
* Final resource for processing all order types to meet customer demand
* Supporting team training and development, ensuring vendor knowledge supports procurement processes
* Documenting and justifying process changes to ensure resiliency and growth
* Articulating vendor procurement trends and discussing market impacts with the wider Procurement team
