We're looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our award-winning Mechanical & Electrical Engineering team in Glasgow, as part of our 2026 Graduate Programme, delivering sustainable projects for communities, the planet, and society.
This role involves working on building services, energy, and sustainability projects, collaborating early in the design process, guiding development, and helping clients make key decisions to ensure optimal building performance.
As a graduate, you'll work on live projects across sectors like healthcare and education, using software such as Dialux, Relux, Electrical OM, Revit, and 3D BIM modeling. You'll produce detailed designs, contribute to energy strategies, participate in meetings, undertake site visits, research new technologies, and engage in continuous professional development.
Your typical tasks include designing electrical circuits, wiring, and lighting systems. Review our project Clyde Court Student Living and explore career stories of our graduates for insight.
About you:
We value potential over experience. You should have a degree or master's in Electrical Engineering and a strong interest in the industry. Ideal qualities include:
* Adaptability: Remaining calm and flexible in changing situations.
* Perseverance: Staying confident and determined despite setbacks.
* Collaboration: Working effectively with diverse teams.
* Problem-solving: Challenging ideas and thinking innovatively.
Note: Our graduates are expected to work in the office at least 4 days a week for support and collaboration.
What we offer:
* Private medical insurance
* Benefits like holiday buy/sell, income protection, and life assurance
* Permanent employment to support long-term career growth
* Professional development and progression support
* Supportive team environment and networks
Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK indefinitely.
