Duties May Include (depending on band):
* Provide safe, high-quality clinical pharmacy services to various patient groups
* Support or lead on medicines optimisation initiatives
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care
* Supervise or mentor junior team members
* Contribute to audits, quality improvement projects, and service development
* Participate in ongoing training and professional growth
What We’re Looking For:
* GPhC-registered Pharmacist
* NHS experience preferred
* Postgraduate qualifications desirable for higher band roles
* Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
* A team player with a strong commitment to patient care
