Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of Nursing Care for all residents according to their individual Care Plans. As the Nurse in Charge you will be responsible for the Health & Safety & Welfare of Residents, Staff and visitors, completing necessary checks and ensuring documentation is completed accurately and timely. Be responsible for leading the Team. To work in accordance with NMC Code of Conduct and in line with Regulatory Agencies.

We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team delivering holistic, person centred care within a calm, family orientated environment to persons aged 30+ years with mild to moderate Mental Health disorders, Behavioural and Personality Disorders and adults with mild to moderate Learning Disabilities. As Nurse in Charge, along with your clinical duties, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Home supported by a Care Team lead by a Senior Carer.
