Integrated Services Coordinator
Location: Pembrokeshire, onsite
HOURS: Full time
Type: Staff role
Salary range: Starting salary £65,000.00 per annum pro rata
Our client, based in the picturesque coastal region of Pembrokeshire and operating in the Oil & Gas industry, is looking for an Integrated Services Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Manage site services, including scaffolding, painting, insulation, facilities, and fleet.
* Oversee materials, workshop operations, and inventory.
* Ensure efficiency, compliance, and value in all activities.
* Monitor and drive contractor performance.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost management.
* Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to deliver safe and effective site operations.
What is required
* Experience in site services coordination and facilities management, preferably within an industrial or COMAH site environment.
* Contract management experience, including scaffolding, insulation, painting, and maintenance contracts.
* Budget management, cost control, and performance monitoring.
* Knowledge of risk assessment and method statement implementation.
