Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team promptly.
* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices.
* Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
